Description
A single feather, roughly six inches long, cast in solid gold yet impossibly light—as though it were still attached to a living wing. Its barbs are individually sculpted with a precision no mortal smith could achieve, and each one catches the light differently, producing a faint prismatic shimmer. When held, the feather radiates a gentle warmth, and in darkness it emits a soft golden glow no brighter than a candle.
The quill end is engraved with a tiny sunburst, the unmistakable symbol of Elandria.
Notes
Momeline found the feather in a treasure vault behind The Golden Grain Bakery during the party’s escape in Session 33 - The Underground Revealed. Dravencoles recognized it as a symbol of entry to sacred places in the Church of Elandria.
In Session 34 - Ashes and Radiance, Dravencoles used the feather to open two hidden passages within the Grand Cathedral, revealing a phoenix ash divination chamber and the sacred crypts below.
